The minimum payment requirement for logistics support and transportation services is £60 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours pay. For staff assistance or additional man in van support, the minimum payment requirement is £20 per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours pay.


Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your service. However, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.


We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Payment must be made in full before the start of the service.


While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your event materials and equipment, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur. It is your responsibility to ensure that your items are adequately insured. We recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for your event materials and equipment.
