1. Agreement to Terms

2. Service Description
Our company provides logistics support and transportation services for event vendors. This includes but is not limited to the transportation of event materials, equipment, and supplies, as well as assistance with event setup and breakdown.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in GBP (British Pounds) and are subject to change without prior notice. The minimum payment requirement for logistics support and transportation services is £60 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours pay. For staff assistance, the minimum payment requirement is £80 per hour, with a minimum of 4 hours. Payment must be made in full before the start of the service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.

5. Liability and Insurance
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your event materials and equipment during transportation and setup, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur. It is your responsibility to ensure that your items are adequately insured. We recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for your event materials and equipment.

6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold our company and its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of our services.

7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your event details and any information shared with us. We will not disclose or use this information for any purpose other than providing our services, unless required by law.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
